Though in his teenage years he was always pushed towards academics in place of performing arts, he still harbored a great appreciation for being on stage.  After earning a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Jackson State University and pursuing an M.S. degree in Genetics from the University of North Texas, Marcellus chose to take his true passion off the back burner and moved to California to pursue his dreams.  Mr. Mayberry has performed in various theatre productions, vocal showcases, and most recently starred in an independent film. He will continue to pursue true happiness and spread love wherever he goes.

Audrey Nieves (Soprano)

Audrey Nieves has had a love for performing ever since she was 9 years old. Singing became her passion, especially harmonies and group-singing, and she has performed in different choirs ever since. She enjoys all kinds of music and takes any opportunity she gets to perform. Every day she is grateful for the gifts she has and wishes to continue to share them with others. Audrey would not be who she is today without the unconditional love and support from her mother. Her mother has inspired her to try and spark a change in the world which goes hand in hand with what Tomorrow’s Voice hopes to do. Besides spreading joy through her music, Audrey is a working student who is studying hospitality management. She is so excited for what her life holds and cannot wait to share this concert with all of you. Enjoy!

Vivian Punk (Soprano)

Vivian's love for music began at the age of seven years old. Coming from a very musical family, the nature of singing became natural through the influence of her mother and father. Her parents were singers and musicians who would play and sing Christian music every night before she went to bed. This introduced Vivian to her lifelong love of melody. Vivian began her singing career strictly in ensembles throughout primary school to high school. However, in her teenage years she was interested in also making her own original music. From then on, she decided to also focus on becoming a songwriter as well as a singer. This continued as she attended college; she would sing in choirs and sing solo at college events. She decided to make music her major and took classes regarding music theory, music history, and also songwriting.  After she graduated from Cal State Dominguez Hills with a B.A. in Music Education, she decided to focus on performing as her career. She’s been working with producers to release her first E.P. which should be out late 2017.

Jake Tickner (Bass)

Jake Tickner is so excited to be a part of Tomorrow’s Voice!  His first group singing experience came when he started singing in choir in high school and instantly fell in love with group singing.  Now a graduate of Cal State Long Beach with a bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance, he has sung with their chamber choir and the award-winning vocal jazz group “Pacific Standard Time.”  Jake is the bass section leader of the world-renowned “Westminster Chorus,” as well as assistant music director and bass 2 of “Westbeat”, a year-round a cappella troupe that performs in Downtown Disney.  He started a barbershop quartet back in 2012 called “The Newfangled Four”, and they went on to win the International Collegiate Quartet Championship, as well as the Far Western District Quartet Championship in 2013.  Jake currently lives in Long Beach and is a sought-after vocalist, as well as just a general lover of life.
